[Hope·Embark] Lotus is Born From Mud 莲花出自淤泥
Where is the warrior born? Timid and weak, selfish and self-centred, jealous and comparative, the mind is moving up and down, and being famous and profit oriented, they are in abundance and the lotus warrior is born from these mud shores. Do not look down on the buddha nature within us. Once it is inspired by the virtuous teacher and begins sprouting, it will grow on these filthy grounds of afflictions into the most beautiful lotus , upright and out of this world, standing above the common crowd.
