面對一切境界，即使痛苦、恐懼，也不要被情緒影響，一定要如理作意——清楚了解這就是過去業習氣的反射，先承認這是自己過去造的業所感得的，當下再努力去造作一個善因。

Face all situations with the outlook that is in accordance with the teachings; do not be affected by emotions arising from agony and fear. We must be clear in our minds that this is a reflection of our habitual tendencies. First, we acknowledge that this is the effect due to the karma we created in the past, and then we strive to create karmic virtuous cause.
