Your humble disciple: Dear Teacher, sadly I am
not very well. Had a fall recently and my bones
are kind of off tangent. However, my
heart is so joyous upon hearing
your insightful praise and
that is all that matters!
老師: 在這個時候 你還安好嗎
弟子: 不是很好，老師。最近跌倒了。骨頭有點散。
可是聽到您的讚頌，心很好，就可!
Our Teacher:
In this moment… Are there tears on your face?
Your humble disciple: The tears are
tears of joy and gratefulness.
老師: 在這個時候 你在哭泣嗎
弟子: 淚水是歡喜感動的流露!
Our Teacher:
In this moment… Some are anxious and fearful
Your humble disciple: With the blessings from
our Master and Teacher, we fear not!
老師: 在這個時候 我們陷入了慌亂
弟子: 有您与師父，佛菩薩，我們不害怕。
Our Teacher:
In this moment… We are being tested.
The storms and winds came,
trees are forcefully shaken.
The colours of rivers and skies change,
many hearts are howling.
Your humble disciple: Grateful to our
virtuous lineage masters for guiding us
through every single second of the turmoil.
老師: 在這個時候 我們在經歷考驗
風雨來了 樹在搖撼 江天變色 心在吶喊
弟子: 感恩您陪著我們度過每一分每一秒的動盪
Our Teacher:
In this moment… Everyone is suffering but
alas our hearts are closely knitted
Your humble disciple: Indeed. With the Global
Lamrim 2 discourses, we get to meet our
Teacher daily through the Dharma and
together we pray for the world
and all living beings.
老師: 在這個時候 人們在經歷苦難 我們的心卻緊緊相連
弟子: 是的，感恩老師的全廣每天与我們法上相遇，我們為世界祈禱。

In this moment…
We are at our strongest in our devotion and faith.
老師: 在這個時候 我們從未 有如此堅定信念
Our Teacher:
Even the most destructive storms,
will pass and we’ll see fine weather.
Regardless of the challenge, we’ll be able to
overcome this together.
Your humble disciple: Thank you, dear Teacher for
the encouragement and the hand holding you give
us in every step of our Bodhi path. Grateful for
your determined and eternal promise
made to guide us on the way.
老師: 再大的風雨 也會驟然天晴
再強的磨難 我們定會攜手過關
弟子: 好的老師。謝謝您緊緊拉著我們的手，
衹為了一句永恆的承諾

warmth of the summer

弟子: 等著再一次踏上愛德華王子島，
与師相聚的時候，靠近您的德塵。

Your humble disciple: With our Master and Teacher
by our side, we fear not.
老師: 在這個時候 你不要害怕
弟子: 有您与師父陪伴，我們不畏懼。

In this moment… You are in the company of angels
Your humble disciple: With the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas
and our Teacher by our side, our hearts will be at peace.
老師: 在這個時候 天使在身邊
弟子: 有您与佛菩薩在身邊，我們睡得安逸

In this moment… There is love amidst the challenges
Your humble disciple: Listening to this
insightful praise, your compassion fills
our hearts and our lives.
老師: 在這個時候 愛在苦難中綿延

In this moment… May hopelessness vanish
Awaiting for the wind to pause
Awaiting for the rain to end
Your humble disciple: With the right thoughts and
mindfulness of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas,
the heart warriors will have great hope.
